NBA Star Michael Jordan Doesn’t Approve Of 32-Year-Old Son Marcus’s Relationship With Larsa Pippen, 48
While leaving a dinner at Matignon in Paris on Sunday, July 2, Michael Jordan was recently questioned by paparazzi on his thoughts regarding his son, Marcus Jordan, 32, dating Larsa Pippen, 48. Larsa, who is a cast member on The Real Housewives of Miami, divorced Michael Jordan’s former Chicago Bulls teammate Scottie Pippen in 2022.
Michael laughed the first time he was asked the query. He then replied, “No!” when asked again.
Marcus and Larsa’s relationship has raised some concerns from fans. Not only is there a significant age gap between the two, but Michael Jordan has a complex history with Scottie Pippen. Despite winning several NBA championships together, they have had a falling out since.
In his 2021 memoir, Unguarded, Pippen wrote that he was “upset” with Michael Jordan for not including him as much as he believed he deserved in the 2020 ESPN documentary, The Last Dance.
Last year, Larsa and Marcus were seen together but the pair squashed relationship rumors. In an interview with Andy Cohen, she said, “We’re friends.”
But a month later, the couple were spotted kissing in public. Since then, they’ve gone Instagram official.
While on the Tamron Hall Show in February, she said that she met Marcus a few years ago. “I feel like a lot of people think we’ve known each other for our whole lives, and we have not. We met four years ago at a party.” Larsa also asserted that Marcus’ parents were fine with their 16-year age gap.
They also currently host a podcast together called Separation Anxiety. In a recent episode, Larsa said that when they just started dating, she gave Marcus a different name on her phone. She stated, “So I had you under Marc Jacob… I didn’t want anyone to know when you called me.”
