Among the stars celebrating their pets yesterday were Bravo’s Andy Cohen (above), Oprah, Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale, Chicago Fire‘s Sophia Bush, singer Ariana Grande, Twilight hunk Kellan Lutz, Amanda Seyfried, Bones leading man David Boreanaz, Shameless actress Emmy Rossum and Dawson’s Creek alum James Van Der Beek.
