Michael Jackson’s famous Neverland Ranch is up for sale and is listed at $100 million.

Neverland Ranch For Sale

Jackson’s former California state, now know as Sycamore Valley Ranch, features the pop icon’s massive home, a 50-seat theater, and train station. However, other wild features installed by Jackson have been removed, including a small zoo and amusement park.

Jackson lived in Neverland Ranch for 15 years after buying the home for $19.5 million in 1987. He didn’t return to his ranch, named for Peter Pan’s magical land, until 2005, after being acquitted on multiple charges of child molestation. The property was then bought by Colony Capital in 2008 as a joint venture with Jackson. Jackson died in 2009.

The 2,700 acre ranch has an estimated 22 structures built on it, including the Neverland Valley Fire Department building, according to real estate agent Suzanne Perkins of Sotheby’s International Realty. Perkins shares the listing with Sotheby’s Harry Kolb and Hilton & Hyland’s Jeffrey Hyland. The main home features six bedrooms, but additional rooms can be found in two nearby guesthouses and staff quarters. Because of the exclusive nature of the listing – a $100 million asking price – no tours will be given and the estate is not listed on either Sotheby’s or Hilton & Hyland websites.
