Meghan Trainor And John Legend Perform Duet “Like I’m Gonna Lose You” At The 2015 Billboard Music Awards

Meghan Trainor and John Legend performed a brand new duet, “Like I’m Gonna Lose You” at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards, where they both received two awards each.

“Like I’m Gonna Lose You” is the newest single of Trainor’s debut album, Title, and shows off a softer side of the “All About That Bass” singer.

Legend and Trainor performed the emotional ballad with so much chemistry, co-host Chrissy Tiegen, who happens to be married to Legend, teased them afterwards, telling the crowd, “I’m a little jealous.”

“You know what, I think you were a little too into that bass, you told me you don’t care about bass,” Teigen commented after the performance, sitting on Legend’s lap. “I like bass and treble, baby,” Legend responded.

Legend and Trainor both took the stage again separately to accept awards. Legend later thanked his wife when receiving the Top Radio Song Award for “All of Me,” a song he wrote for Teigen.

“I have to, of course, thank our beautiful co-host, my lovely wife. I was inspired to write this by a beautiful, intelligent, dynamic woman and I’m so proud that we won this award together tonight,” Legend said.

Trainor won awards for Top 100 Song and Top Digital Song with “All About That Bass.”
