Mary J Blige Performs at Essence Festival In Cheetah Print Jumpsuit

Mary J Blige stunned the audience with more than her vocals this weekend.

The 2019 Essence Festival presented by Coca Cola was held at the Superdome in New Orleans, and Blige made her mark with an unforgettable look.

The singer showed off her legs with a cheetah-print jumpsuit with studded detailing on the chest area. The sleeves were puffed, which allowed Blige’s silhouette to appear curvier. Because the jumpsuit was short on the legs, the outfit revealed her rose tattoo. This added to the singer’s appealing look. To add even more drama, she wore large sunglasses.

The colors of the cheetah print jumpsuit also complimented the artist’s hair, which was a blonde color.

Essence celebrated their 25th anniversary with artists like Blige, Missy Elliot, and H.E.R, and also had former First Lady, Michelle Obama, as the guest speaker.

The annual event is the largest celebration of African American music, beauty, health, entrepreneurship, and more.
