Mark Salling Child Pornogrophy Trial Gets Delayed

Salling’s request to find a new attorney was granted by a judge — taking the original trial date of July 12 off the calendar to accommodate the new legal counsel, according the United States District Attorney’s Office.

No new trial date has been set, and a status conference – a hearing in which trial dates are set – is reportedly scheduled for Sept. 19.

Salling is out on a $150,000 bond, and has been ordered to wear an ankle bracelet for monitoring.
