Mario Lopez To Be A Dad

Mario Lopez, 36, and his girlfriend, actress Courtney Mazza, 28, are expecting their first child this fall. Lopez, known for his role as one of the host of Extra and America’s Best Dance Crew, met Mazza in 2008 when the two were in the Broadway show, A Chorus Line, together.

“I couldn’t be more excited," Lopez said in a statement. "I’ve waited my whole life to be a dad, this is a true blessing. I am looking forward to sharing this experience with my family and my family at Extra.”

No word on what the baby’s gender will be just yet. Lopez has indicated that he wants to wait “so it will be a surprise.” –KADEEN GRIFFITHS
