Mariah Carey Celebrates Her Birthday With Boyfriend Bryan Tanaka

Mariah Carey turned 47 on Monday, and celebrated the day with a trip to Cabo San Lucas with her boyfriend, Bryan Tanaka.

Tanaka, 33, quickly took to Instagram to share a picture of the two lovebirds relaxing beachside. “Starting the anniversary festivities in a relaxing chic environment. Happy anniversary,” Tanaka captioned.

Carey also shared a picture of the trip on social media; she posted a photo on Instagram of her donning a gold sequined dress and oversized sunglasses. She wrote, “Let the anniversary festivities begin.”

The pair clearly enjoyed their time soaking up the glorious sun during their luxury vacation in Mexico. Carey and Tanaka had dated shortly after the hip-hop star’s engagement to James Packer last October. Carey had just confirmed the two’s relationship status in February.

“I’m just going to be like, ‘I really don’t talk about my personal life’ because that’s what I used to do and it really worked for a minute, back a while ago,” the “We Belong Together” star said, laughing. “I just don’t feel comfortable talking about my personal life. Can we just keep that private between us? Me and my boyfriend don’t want to do that.”

It looks like while pop star wants to keep certain details of her love life private, she isn’t shy about broadcasting her romance-filled tropical getaway.
