With its March release still a few months away, Hunger Games is whetting fans' appetites for Katniss Everdeen and her thrilling fight for survival with the release of teaser trailers and atmospheric posters. Now, country pop sensation Taylor Swift is adding to the mix with her new song "Safe and Sound" — a collaboration with the band The Civil Wars.
Swift posted the song via her Twitter account after saying she has been patiently waiting to release it to her fans. “Something I've been VERY excited about for a VERY long time is going to be happening VERY soon,” she tweeted, before posting the song she recorded for The Hunger Games soundtrack.
