Lisa Marie Presley’s estate in Calabasas, California, has been listed for sale after her death in January. The current asking price is $4,679,000.

The house has been renovated to include upgrades such as a pool, wine cellar and theater by Robb Friedman, her friend and realtor. It has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms at 7,500 square feet. It also boosts breathtaking canyon views.

Lisa Marie rented the house from 2020 until her death. She and her ex-husband Danny Keough lived there together with her twin daughters Harper Lockwood and Finley Lockwood, which she shared with her other ex-husband Michael Lockwood. Reportedly, she loved the house so much she was planning on purchasing it.

Lisa Marie is the only daughter of Elvis Presley and Priscilla Presley. She died at 55 years old on January 12 due to a bowel obstruction. This was caused by a bariatric surgery, which is weight-loss surgery, that she received years ago. She suffered cardiac arrest at her home and later died while receiving treatment at the hospital.

After her death, her family fought over her trust as she made an amendment. The dispute was resolved when her daughter Riley Keough paid Priscilla $1 million in settlement fees in order to resolve the dispute.

Lisa Marie took after her father as she was also a famous singer best known for her songs “Don’t Cry Daddy,” “Lights Out,” “Gone,” “I’ll Figure It Out” and “S.O.B.”

The singer is survived by her mother Priscilla and three children Riley, Finley and Harper. Her only son Benjamin Keough passed away after he committed suicide in 2020.
