The last known photo of Glee star Cory Monteith has been making the rounds after his sudden death – it was posted on Twitter by his friend, casting director Maureen Webb on July 11, just a few days before his death.

The photo was taken at Webb’s East of Main Café, where Monteith, his manager Elena Kirschner, and Webb were sharing a meal, and shows Monteith’s silhouette in front of a Vancouver street. In hindsight, the now haunting image seems foreboding, though at the time, it appears the trio was having a great time. Monteith even made the photo his Twitter profile picture.

“Thanks for the great evening @CoryMonteith and @slimyagent! #Inspiring,” Webb tweeted later that night.

Webb and Monteith had been working together for Webb’s charity ‘Project Limelight Society,' an organization that provides local youth with arts programs. Monteith was a longtime supporter of the charity, and representatives for Monteith announced this weekend that fans looking to honor the Glee actor can make donations on Project Limelight Society’s website.
