Lana Del Ray & Alligator Tour Guide Jeremy Dufrene Get Married On A Bayou

On Thursday, singer Lana Del Ray married her newly public boyfriend Jeremy Dufrene in Des Allemandes, Louisiana.

The couple was married at a public bayou where Dufrene works as a captain at Airboat Tours by Arthur, taking people on a guided tour of the swamps and alligators the setting offers. Del Ray, with her hair tied back with a ribbon, dazzled in a floor-length white dress with a scoop neck, while Dufrene wore a black suit with a white shirt and brown shoes.

Del Ray has not commented on the marriage topic. On September 23, Del Ray and Dufrene obtained a marriage license.

The pair met on one of Dufrene’s wildlife tours in 2019. At the time, Del Ray first posted photos of Dufrene on Facebook in a multi-photo post captioned “Jeremy lemme be captain at Arthur’s Air Boat Tours x,” which featured a photo in which Del Ray stuck her tongue out and flashed a peace sign at the camera. At the same time, Dufrene helped her steer the boat. 

Dufrene also posted a photo of Del Ray on his social media at the time, captioning it, “I never know who I can run across on my tours, but it is always a pleasure.”

In May 2024, Del Ray first sparked rumors of a romance between her and Dufrene when she tagged him in an Instagram post with the caption, “Family w my guy.” They were first spotted holding hands in August at the Reading & Leeds Festivals in the U.K.

Del Ray didn’t publicly announce their relationship until September 7 of this year, when they were photographed holding hands in matching blue outfits at model Karen Elson’s wedding.

Del Rey has a colorful dating history. Last year, after just a few months of dating, she got engaged to music manager Evan Winkler.
