Lamar Odom reportedly checked into rehab on Wednesday, but has apparently already checked himself out.

Last year, an intervention staged by the Kardashians brought Odom to a rehab facility, at which he stayed for a total of three weeks before checking himself out. This time, Khloe Kardashian's alleged ultimatum, saw him return to rehab for the short stay of a day. Odom left the Los Angeles treatment center with an assistant on Thursday, People reported.

Odom, the 33-year-old former Los Angeles Clippers player and husband to reality TV personality Khloe Kardashian, has seen his alleged personal battles with crack cocaine come into the public eye over the last couple of weeks. Following a recent attempted intervention by the Kardashian family, the athlete reportedly fled the house and continued on his drug binge, refusing to get help.

With his wife urging him to get clean, reports of past drug issues emerging and the spotlight of the media shining on him for all the wrong reasons, Odom was charged with a DUI last week. After he was spotted driving in a “serpentine manner” down the freeway, he was pulled over and arrested. Odom refused to submit to the police station's drug and alcohol tests and was spotted grabbing snacks in Los Angeles the following day.

Reports have swirled that Khloe’s mother Kris Jenner and her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian believe that it's time for her to cut ties with the accused cheater and substance abuser. However, the youngest Kardashian sister appears determined to get her husband clean and sober – and potentially back into a career with NBA.
