Conservative host Kimberly Guilfoyle will reportedly be leaving Fox News to join the pro-Trump America First super PAC.

Additionally, Guilfoyle and boyfriend Donald Trump Jr. will travel the campaign trail for this midterm cycle, according to Politico. She has already attended recent rallies with him and the two began dating within the last few weeks.

They spent time together in Monaco two weekends ago.

America First is the first outside pro-Trump group, which has already hosted President Donald Trump at an event in his Washington hotel last summer. Also, Trump Jr. has expressed support for the organization.

However, on Tuesday, a Fox News representative said, “Kimberly is a valued member of the Fox News prime-time lineup, and is under a long-term contract with the network.”

Additionally, Guilfoyle released a statement through a spokesperson saying, “As I stated in the interview, I really love what I do and my job co-hosting The Five is tough to beat.”

Yet, the HuffPost cited three sources who say the host isn’t leaving the network voluntarily, but quotes have yet to be released.

She originally joined the Fox network 12 years ago. Before that, she made appearances on TV as a legal analyst for MSNBC and ABC. Nevertheless, Guilfoyle got her start as an assistant district attorney in California and was a co-prosecutor in an infamous 2001 dog mauling case, according to TvNewser. She was married to California Attorney General Gavin Newsom previously.

During President Trump’s transition following the 2016 election, Guilfoyle was reportedly a candidate for White House communications director and met with the president.

“I’m a patriot, and it would be an honor to serve the country,” she said last year in an interview with Bay Area News Group. “I think it’d be a fascinating job, it’s a challenging job, and you need someone really determined and focused, a great communicator in there with deep knowledge to handle that position.”
