Kim Kardashian’s Ex-Stepmom Ellen Kardashian Sues Kris Jenner & Kardashian Sisters For Defamation

Ellen Kardashian – Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Rob Kardashian’s ex-stepmom – is suiting them and their mother Kris Jenner for defamation.

Ellen, who’s also suing Ryan Seacrest Productions, believes that they are in on a scheme to cook up a story about her that would present her in a bad light on E! reality TV series Keeping Up with the Kardashians, reported TMZ. In fact, Ellen claims that the girls and the producers plotted to lure her into bidding on ‘dirt’ on the Kardashians.

According to Ellen’s lawsuit, a private investigator (at the Kardashian empire’s bidding) had tried to sell her fake damning information. The motivation behind the stunt, according to Ellen was to paint her as a devious blackmailer. Clearly, she didn’t take the alleged bait.

Ellen also cites discussions that have been had on Keeping Up with the Kardashians as examples of the family and the production company defaming her character. Among the topics she resents is when they’ve suggested she had married their late father, Rob Kardashian, solely for his money.

The amount Ellen is suing for has not been disclosed.
