Kim Kardashian is no stranger to social media squabbles, but her recent feud with model Tyson Beckford has the internet talking. Beckford left a comment on an Instagram photo of Kardashian stating his distaste for her appearance. “Sorry I Don’t care for it personally,” he wrote. “She is not real, doctor f—ed up on her right hip.” He followed this up with a vomit emoji. Kardashian clapped back at Beckford. “Sis we all know why you don’t care for it,” with the tea, frog, and nail polish emojis.

Both Beckford and Kardashian got called out by Twitter and Instagram users for their comments. Beckford was scrutinized for bodyshaming the socialite. Kardashian was called homophobic for insinuating that Beckford is gay in her attempt to insult him. Kim’s sister, Khloe Kardashian, defended her sister to Extra, “I was with her when that was going on… what I hate is that people are saying that she is homophobic for that, but no one is saying that we shouldn’t also body shame women.” Khloe added, “people are attacking Kim about being homophobic. She is anything but.”

Beckford later responded to the criticism of Kardashian in an Instagram post where he showed his support for the LGBT+ community. He posted two photos of himself showing off his muscles and captioned it, “Train 5-6 days a wk,weights Martial Arts and Firearms and I defend those who can’t defend themselves! I support LGBTQ, even though I’m not Gay. It’s just the Human thing to do.”

It’s unclear whether this feud is over or just beginning. We’ll have to keep our eyes on Instagram to see.
