Kevin Costner‘s estranged wife Christine Baumgartner has moved out. On Friday, moving trucks were spotted leaving the $145 million mansion that the former couple had shared during their 18-year marriage.

Reports state that Baumgartner will stay at a smaller house on the Santa Barbara property that had previously been used as a staff home. Baumgartner is still looking for another house. She wants to stay near the area to minimize the effect on her and Costner’s children.

According to a judge’s order earlier this month, Baumgartner was legally obligated to move out of the home by July 31. She had initially asked to have until August 31 to move out under the condition of an acceptable child-support arrangement, but Costner countered with a request for her to move out by July 13.

Baumgartner had been living at the home since filing for divorce from Costner on May 1, even though an item on her prenuptial agreement stated that she had to leave within 30 days.

After previously asking for $248,000 per month in child support from Costner, which the actor claimed was “inflated,” Baumgartner was awarded $129,000 per month. Before, Costner had given her $30,000 a month to find a new home and $10,000 for moving fees, and as part of the prenup, he also offered her $1.4 million and $38,000 a month in child support.

The former couple shares three children, Grace, 13, Hayes, 14, and Cayden, 16.
