Jon Gosselin, the former reality star and father of eight, was reportedly evicted from his home after failing to pay rent.

Gosselin starred for years on the TLC reality series, Jon and Kate Plus Eight, but the one-time celebrity has been having financial trouble ever since his marriage ended in 2009.

After the show was cancelled in 2011, Gosselin struggled to find a job, and worked as a waiter before getting a job at a credit card company.

“It lasted a few months,” a source said of the new job, adding, “Now he’s broke again.”

According to the source, Gosselin was evicted last week and is currently moving out of his home in rural Pennsylvania. Another source told Star that Gosselin was evicted after going four months without paying rent and bouncing a few checks.

“Jon didn’t understand the terms of the contract and broke the lease, thinking he cold just rent the property after agreeing to the rent to own contractual agreement. Evidently, he didn’t understand the terms of the contract,” claimed the source.

His ex wife, Kate Gosselin, has custody of their eight children and has yet to comment on her ex’s financial troubles. However, the source said that Gosselin is still seeing his kids: “He can see his kids, but they can’t stay over because he has nowhere to put them.”

Gosselin recently appeared on VH1’s Couples Therapy with his then-girlfriend Liz Jannetta, but the couple has reportedly broken up for good.
