Joe Jackson Can't Sue Michael's Estate; Funeral Cost $1 Million

Joe Jackson, Michael Jackson's father, cannot make a legal challenge to his son's billion-dollar estate but may petition the court for an allowance since he was being supported by the singer, an L.A. judge ruled Tuesday. The court also revealed that the estate paid $1 million in expenses for the family funeral – including $35,000 for a burial suit and $30,000 for security and cars.
