Jim Parsons & Todd Spiewak Get Married

Big Bang Theory‘s Jim Parsons & longtime boyfriend Todd Spiewak finally got married over the weekend.

The pair have been together for more than 14 years and decided to tie the knot at New York’s Rainbow Room on Saturday. On their anniversary last year, Parsons wrote a touching note about his boyfriend on Instagram, calling his partner “the best thing that ever happened to me.”

In a 2015 interview, Parsons was asked if marriage was on the table for the couple. “I don’t know,” he said. “I guess I kind of think so but there’s date in the book or ring on the finger.” He pointed out that growing up, marriage wasn’t a possibility to him, but “I have grown more interested in the idea and certainly more supportive of the notion.”

I met this guy (the one with the mic) 14 years ago today and it was the best thing that ever happened to me, no contest. One of his greatest gifts to me is that he no longer takes me to sing karaoke. Also, I believe this was a selfie with an actual camera, as our phones couldn’t do that back then hahaha! #todd #anniversary ❤️

Parsons is one of the highest-paid actors on TV, who, along with his Big Bang Theory co-stars Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki, earn an estimated $900,000 per episode of the comedy series.
