Jennifer Lopez Turns 50 – And Fiance Alex Rodriguez Toasts Her

Jennifer Lopez turns 50-years-old on Wednesday – and her fiance Alex Rodriguez hyped up the superstar.

Lopez is known to be one of the most fashionable celebrities. Lopez is in fact the muse for many designers, but no one respects her more than Rodriguez.

“She’s an icon,” said Rodriguez. “She just won the [CFDA] Fashion Icon Award. She’s just so unique in her own way. She finds a way to be cool and urban and yet super high-fashion. She’s very unique in that way.”

Lopez won the CFDA Award’s prestigious Fashion Icon Award in June.

He uploaded a video on his Instagram to wish J-Lo a happy birthday.

Rodriguez starts the video by saying, “Hi baby girl, just want to wish you a happy birthday. I cannot believe this, baby girl. Since we’ve been together you have made me feel like every day is my birthday,” he continued. “Thank you for your passion, and your energy, and your inspiration, and your endless pursuit to be the best at everything that you do. You are simply the best partner in life, the best daughter, the best mother, the best performer. We love you, your fans love you, your children love you and I love you. Let’s make this birthday a very special one.”

He captioned the post with, “#HappyBirthdayJLO. It’s your party, Jennifer! Thank you for inviting all of us to share this special day with you.” He also added three different emojis.

Rodriguez and Lopez have been engaged since March and Rodriguez revealed that they haven’t started planning.
