Jennifer Garner Calls Off Divorce From Ben Affleck After Two Years Split
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have decided to give their marriage another try, after splitting up two years ago.
JENNIFER GARNER & BEN AFFLECK CALL OFF DIVORCE
The couple split in June 2015, just a day after celebrating their 10-year wedding anniversary. “Jen has called off the divorce,” a source tells People. “She really wants to work things out with Ben. They are giving things another try.”
According to another source, the couple made the decision to continue to work on their marriage together: “There is always a chance of reconciliation. They love each other. They also really, really love their kids, and those kids love their parents.”
The pair celebrated their son Samuel‘s fifth birthday the day after the Oscars. They have three children together – Sam, Seraphina, 8, and Violet, 11. “They want to keep the family together,” the source continued.
Despite their separation two years ago, the couple have remained close, and often remained living together to co-parent their kids. “I like taking my kids to school in the morning and dropping them off and having them know their dad is there,” Affleck said in January. “That feels good.”
A source close to Garner says neither party truly wants a divorce, and that things have gotten better since their rough patch years ago.
