Jenelle Evans, the troubled Teen Mom 2 star, found herself back in cuffs on Tuesday in North Carolina when she was busted for alleged heroin possession, possession of paraphernalia and simple assault on her husband, Courtland Rogers, her lawyer, Dustin R. T. Sullivan, told E! News.

When police arrived at Evans' home because of an alleged domestic dispute between her and Rogers, they discovered 12 bindles of heroin in her possession, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
