Jason Kelce Considers Vasectomy As He & Wife Kylie Prepare For Baby No. 4: ‘This One Might Be It’

Jason Kelce, 37, opened up about the possibility of getting a vasectomy while appearing on The Steam Room podcast. As he and wife Kylie Kelce prepare to welcome their fourth child, Jason admitted that they’ve had conversations about what he called the “V-word.”

“We’ve talked about the V-word, we brought it up. I don’t know if it’s going to happen or not, but we’ll see,” he said, adding, “This one might be it.”

When asked whether he would continue having children until he finally had a boy, Jason responded, “I mean, listen, that’s not up to me, that’s not my decision … but I think Kylie is about coming to the end of wanting to pop these things.”

He noted that this pregnancy has been particularly difficult for Kylie, 32, making them reconsider expanding their family further.

The couple, who announced in November 2024 that they are expecting another baby girl, are already parents to daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, who turns 2 on Feb. 23.

Jason’s comments follow Kylie’s own remarks about fans speculating that they have been trying for a boy. During a Feb. 11 appearance on Call Her Daddy, Kylie called the rumor “crazy” but admitted she initially hoped for a son.

“There was this moment when we found out we were having our fourth girl where I was like, ‘We’ve always said we wanted four kids, maybe I won’t get to meet a little Jason,’ which was a little bit weird,” she shared.

However, Kylie ultimately embraced being a girl mom, adding, “Four girls is better than four boys. When I meet boy moms, I’m like, ‘God bless you.’”

Kylie was in the news last summer when she stood up to an aggressive fan demanding a photo with them.
