Ivanka Trump & Jared Kushner Check Out Renovations On Their $34 Million Miami Mansion While Ex-President’s Legal Problems Proliferate

Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, were spotted in Miami while visiting their new mansion on Indian Creek Island, also known as Billionaire Bunker. The home has been under construction for the past few years.

Photos captured the couple looking at their lot and discussing construction plans with their team. Workers could be seen carrying furniture and other personal items in protective wrapping.

Ivanka and Jared purchased the house in 2021 for $24 million, but the renovations have swelled the value to an estimated $34 million.

Following Donald Trump’s term in the White House, his daughter and her family relocated to Surfside, Florida, spending most of their time in their luxury condo.

Their Indian Creek mansion will be meticulously designed to reflect the couple’s personal tastes and preferences. They will soon be surrounded by high-profile neighbors like Tom Brady and Jeff Bezos.

Social media wags have dubbed the home “Mar-a-lago 2.”

The couple has mostly been staying away from the former president since his numerous indictments but did resurface for his recent birthday party.
