Ivana Trump’s New York City townhouse isn’t selling after nearly a year on the market – and a seeming lack of buyers has forced the townhouse to take a $4 million price cut.

Former President Donald Trump‘s ex-wife, Ivana, died last year in July in that same townhouse after suffering from a cardiac arrest. A few months after her death, the townhouse, which she purchased after divorcing Donald, was listed for $26.5 million.

Now, Modlin Group, the real estate company in charge of the townhouse, has updated the price to $22.5 million, which they call a “price improvement,” and posted pictures of its interiors.

The “grand and lavish” townhouse, located in the Upper East Side Historic District, “has played host to luminaries from all industries, this once-in-a-lifetime offering awaits the most discerning buyer,” the Group captioned.

Comments underneath the post called the interior design “gaudy,” with one Instagram user saying it was “outdated, no wonder it won’t sell, couldn’t give it away.”

Although the six-story townhouse may not suit everyone’s taste, its sentimental value is great to Ivana’s and Trump’s three kids: Don Jr., Eric and Ivanka. The three siblings will divide the house’s earnings once it’s sold.
