Henry Cavill at CinemaCon
Following the flop that was Justice League, DC fans were left wanting more. Luckily, Henry Cavill hints on his Instagram that fans may see him back in the Superman costume sooner than they think.
Cavill shared a video on Instagram of him working out where he says that he is working out to get in shape for a certain blue suit, which fans could see if they vote for him in the Teen Choice Awards. He was nominated for #ChoiceActorMovieActor and is up against Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Tom Holland, Dylan O’Brien and John Boyega.
He wrote in his caption: “Working on the Super Buns! Whiiiiiiich if you vote for me in the Teen Choice Awards (link in bio) and I end up winning then you may or may not see them in a tight blue outfit much sooner! But totally probably. As an aside, please ignore the fact that I’m also 6 months pregnant with a baby made up entirely of cookies and pizza.”
However, even though Cavill hints at a possible sequel, there has been no official confirmation whether or not DC will produce a second film. As of right now, DC fans can look forward to the upcoming Aquaman movie coming out at the end of the year that features Jason Momoa as the titular role.
