The filing further claims that Hefner “was familiar with Defendant COSBY’s habit and act of intoxicating young women and spending the night with them while at his residence.”
Back in October of last year, Goins had filed a federal lawsuit against Cosby, claiming hat he had sexually assaulted her inside the Playboy Mansion at a 2008 party after plying her with a spiked drink. Goins filed a dismissal of the case “without prejudice” in February after the L.A. District Attorney’s office determined that Cosby could not face criminal charges over the alleged incident.
Over the last couple of years, more than 50 women have come forward to allege that Cosby had assaulted them or had tried to after drugging them. The comedian and actor is currently facing a criminal trial in Pennsylvania.
