Despite her lungs giving out, Halsey was determined to give fans an unforgettable set at the BottleRock Music Festival even though she was having an asthma attack.
The singer, mid-performance at the California festival, began to experience exercise-induced asthma, which ultimately led to her being treated by medics after her set. She explained on Twitter what had happened and blamed it on her lack of physical fitness.

Fans who attended the festival said they did not even notice that the singer was suffering an asthma attack.

One festival goer was not as pleased with her performance and accused her of lip-syncing and “bombing her performance.” She quickly responded that she was not lip-syncing and brought in a crowd of 40,000 people.
Despite the asthma, Halsey had fun performing and hanging out at the Napa Valley festival.
Halsey is currently on her world tour with the opening act PARTYNEXTDOOR and is in her North American leg, which includes 18 more stops in the U.S. After that, she will be heading to Asia and the United Kingdom.
