Gucci Mane
Gucci Mane is out of jail and not wasting anytime in getting back to work, performing live at Atlanta’s club Mansion Elan to celebrate his homecoming less than a month after his release.
Gucci Mane was released from prison on May 26. The day after he was released from prison, he dropped the Mike Will Made It-produced track “First Day Out The Feds.” The rapper, who was recording throughout his prison stay, also dropped “Back on Road” featuring Drake and appears on Lil Wayne‘s “Cruel Winter.” Now, he’s back on stage performing.
Over the weekend, Gucci Mane returned to the stage for live shows at Mansion and Premier1. While he opened with new track “First Day out The Feds,” the rapper also catered to his fans with some of his older songs, including “Pillz (B–ch I Might Be).”
“ATL make sure y’all come f–k wit me Friday 6/17 I’m performing live at the Mansion & Saturday 6/18 at Premier1,” Gucci Mane teased the event.
Gucci Mane is continuing his homecoming celebration shows with a concert – The Gucci Mane & Friends Show – at the Fox Theatre next month.
“TL!!! The GUCCIMANE & FRIENDS SHOW will be live at the Fox Theatre Friday July 22nd 8PM!” he wrote on Instagram. “Tickets go on sale 6/24.”
Gucci Mane pleaded guilty to being in possession of a firearm back in Aug. 2014 for a 2013 incident. He was released last month after serving 35 months of his 39-month sentence.
