'Gossip Girl' Shoots 100th Episode

Leighton Meester and co-star Penn Badgley were looking sharp and stylish Monday while filming Gossip Girl in New York City. Meester's mustard-accented number, complete with a mustard peekabo Fendi bag, is just the kind of bold statement Blair Waldorf would wear to commemorate a milestone for the CW show — it's 100th episode.

The episode, which will showcase Blair's lavish wedding to Louis (Hugo Becker), will not air until early 2012, but details are slowly leaking their way out. Already fans know they can expect spectacular fashion, as Blair is well-known for wearing nothing but the best.

But the clothes won't do all of the head-turning on their own. With Serena (Blake Lively) as the maid of honor, there is bound to be plenty of tension, given all the trials and tribulations the two girls' friendship has faced over the years.
"The central relationship has always been the two of them. Blair's getting married and her best friend is her maid of honor — that's a core dynamic we're playing with," executive producter Joshua Safran told TV Line, which also reported that the hour-long special will mark the return of return of Georgina (Michelle Trachtenberg) for a multi-episode arc. Now there's something to call home about.
