Former anchor for Good Morning America T.J. Holmes has finally reached a divorce settlement with his ex-wife, Marilee Fiebig.

The paperwork was finalized on Thursday by the two parties’ lawyers.

Eleven months ago, news of Holmes’ affair with his co-host, Amy Robach, was revealed in the press.

The records state that the certification of dissolution of marriage was processed at the New York County Supreme Court, but the settlement and divorce judgment are still pending.

Holmes and Fiebig were married in 2010 and share their daughter, Sabine. Holmes also has two children from his previous marriage to Amy Gerson, Jaiden and Brianna.

Earlier this year, Robach, 50, and Holmes, 47, were forced out of ABC and received contract payouts amid the scandal.

In January, Fiebig’s attorney released a statement on her behalf.

“During the holiday season and in light of the challenging times, Marilee’s sole focus has remained on the overall best interest of her 9-year-old daughter,” the statement read. “Notwithstanding, we continue to be disappointed by T.J.’s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity toward Marilee and the party’s daughter.”

Robach divorced her husband of 13 years, actor Andrew Shue, in March.

Robach and Holmes have been increasingly open about their romance. Their affair reportedly began in March 2022 when they started to train for the New York City Marathon together.

Fiebig is currently working as an executive at Save The Children. Amid the nasty divorce, she has continued to pursue new career ventures and has been active on social media.
