The 62nd Primetime Emmy Award nominations were announced Thursday morning and new favorite Glee and ever-green Mad Men led the pack with 19 and 17 nominations, respectively. The nominations held some surprises – Lea Michele (Glee) vs. Tina Fey (30 Rock)? – as newcomers broke into the notoriously closed Emmy ranks.     I this 2010 Emmy Awards will more controversial than that of Oscar's, the 2010 Emmy Nominations were official announced, and some were very surprised by the results. Although the chances of me watching the awards ceremony in person are unlikely, I would take out a personal bank loan for the chance to actually do it.

    Many shows people expected to make the list didn't while some made the list that shouldn't have; however, overall the nominations are a good choice this year. You'll just have to wait until the end of August to see if the winners of the awards are who all of us really expect to win.
