Sean Hannity, a well-known Fox News personality, has decided to sell his expansive Long Island property for $13.75 million, just months after he revealed his plans to relocate from New York to Florida.

Hannity announced earlier this year that he would broadcast his popular radio show, The Sean Hannity Show, and his television program, Hannity, from studios in West Palm Beach.

“We are now beginning our first broadcast from my new home, which is in the free state of Florida,” Hannity announced on his iHeartRadio show. “I am out. I am done. I’m finished.”

A limited liability company associated with Hannity purchased the waterfront estate for $8.5 million in 2008.

Located on nearly six acres in Centre Island, approximately 40 miles east of Midtown Manhattan, the property enjoys a prime location. Centre Island has attracted celebrities, such as notable residents like Billy Joel, who listed his property for $49 million last year. Joel’s property is temporarily off the market as he completes renovations.

Hannity’s estate spans approximately 11,000 square feet and features seven bedrooms and an impressive 80-foot private dock on Oyster Bay. The gated grounds offer amenities such as a swimming pool, a tennis court, a par-three golf course and a separate putting green. The house’s exterior boasts a timeless stone-and-shingle facade, while the formal living and dining rooms inside provide breathtaking bay views. The bar area showcases striking deep-blue cabinetry.

Records indicate  Hannity purchased a $5.3 million condominium in Palm Beach in 2021. On his show, he has expressed how well he fits in Florida.

“For the first time in my adult life, I actually have representatives in the state that I’m living in that share my values,”  Hannity remarked on his radio program. Palm Beach, renowned for hosting political gatherings and fundraisers at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago compound, has historically been a haven for affluent Republican donors.

Fox News anchor Bret Baier recently relocated to Palm Beach from Washington, D.C., and the Palm Beach residence of the late conservative commentator Rush Limbaugh sold for $155 million last year.

A top Trump insider, Hannity urged the former president to drop his false election fraud claims after the 2020 election and even asked Trump to pardon Hunter Biden as a goodwill gesture.
