Controversial rapper Kanye West has once again found himself at the center of attention in response to a video he posted to Instagram on Monday in which he defended his “right” to post revealing pictures of his wife, Bianca Censori.

What West didn’t predict would be a point of interest for viewers was a “protruding” growth on his upper lip.

As Kanye ranted in his video, viewers were distracted by the peculiar swelling on his lip.

One bewildered observer on X asked, “But what is that bubble on Kanye’s lip?” while another chimed in humorously, “He needs to fix the little testicle hanging from his lip before he speaks. YE, you got something hanging on your lip.”

As West’s fans expressed their amusement, many questioned the rapper’s well-being.

Speculation about the cause of this peculiar growth ran rampant. Some attributed it to West’s newly acquired $850,000 titanium teeth and suggested that the metallic composition may have inadvertently caused an injury.

A social media user remarked, “I’d say he’s accidentally bitten his lip with those titanium teeth, lol.” Another said, “More like his new grill on his teeth that is extremely sharp – probably got cut on it.”

While lumps like these are often benign and tend to heal without medical intervention, they can be uncomfortable.

Amid this lip controversy, West’s Instagram video showed him vehemently defending his decision to repeatedly post risqué images of Censori on Monday, which showed her scantily clad at a club.

West was previously slammed in January for a post to Instagram that showed Censori in extremely uncomfortable photos and insulted Kim Kardashian in his caption.

He exclaimed, “Y’all, I just want to tell everybody I posted my wife three times on purpose.”

In reference to his new album Vultures I, he continued, “So what I’m saying is, I delivered the album. And people still in my comments talking ’bout, ‘Why you posting your wife?’”

He continued, “‘Cause she makes me happy. That’s why y’all happy with the music because I’m happy. You understand?… So don’t ever say nothing negative. If you don’t like my page and don’t like what I’m posting, go f—- yourself. Seriously, leave me — leave the king — the f— alone.”

West concluded his video message that he would continue to post his wife “as much as I want,” and added, “Go post your wife on your f–-ing Instagram.”

The rapper has continued to vent about his inability to book venues for his new tour due to his numerous antisemitic outbursts.
