Ex-Marvel Star Jonathan Majors Allegedly Admits To Strangling Ex-Girlfriend Grace Jabbari In Newly Released Audio

In a recently released recorded conversation, actor Jonathan Majors allegedly admits to strangling his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari.

Majors was arrested in March 2023 for a separate altercation with Jabbari and was found guilty of two charges of misdemeanor assault and harassment.

On March 17, Rolling Stone published an alleged conversation between the then-couple in September 2022, in which Majors acknowledged that he “aggressed” Jabbari.

In the audio, Majors said, “I’m ashamed I’ve ever – I’ve never [been] aggressive with a woman before. I’ve never aggressed a woman — I aggressed you.”

The alleged Jabbari cuts in, “You strangled me and pushed me against the car,” and Majors agreed, “Yes, all those things are under ‘aggressed’ … That’s never happened to me.”

Jabbari clarified, “Because I said something sarcastically, in your eyes?” to which Majors replied, “Well clearly it’s more than that.”

Jabbari said, “Something inside you,” and Majors affirmed, “Yeah, towards you.”

The audio ended there. It was recorded when Jabbari and Majors were in the midst of a days-long fight while living in London.

In March 2024, Jabbari testified in court that Majors regularly treated her in an aggressive manner, assaulting and abusing her multiple times between the years of 2021 and 2023. Jabbari remembered a specific instance in which Majors “started hitting her head against the marble floor while strangling her until she felt she could no longer breathe.”

In Majors’ assault trial, text messages from September 2022 evidenced him admitting to physical violence and threatening to kill himself if Jabbari went to the hospital to seek help for a head injury.

In November 2024, Jabbari dropped the defamation, assault and battery lawsuit she filed in March, without comment. It is not known if a settlement was reached.

Majors was set to play Kang The Conqueror in Marvel’s Antman and The Wasp. Marvel fired Majors shortly after his conviction was announced.
