Errol Musk, Elon Musk‘s father, has told British people to ignore his son’s negative comments about the United Kingdom’s politicians.
Elon recently slammed British politicians like U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer over the “Pakistani grooming gangs,” who sexually abused thousands of young girls over the years.
On Jan. 6, he accused Starmer of being “deeply complicit in the mass rapes in exchange for votes.”
In various other X posts, Musk accused the U.K. prime minister and other Labour politicians of complicity in the scandal between 2008 and 2013.
This scandal involved the long-term, widespread sexual abuse of mostly white British girls by men of primarily South Asian origin in many northern English towns such as Rochdale, Rotherham and Oldham.
“So many people at all levels of power in the UK need to be in prison for this,” Musk wrote on X.
“Starmer was complicit in the RAPE OF BRITAIN when he was head of Crown Prosecution for 6 years,” the X CEO stated on the platform. “Starmer must go, and he must face charges for his complicity in the worst mass crime in the history of Britain.”
He also mocked U.K. safeguarding minister Jess Phillips, calling her a “rape genocide apologist” and even accusing her of neglecting to address issues connected to child abuse cases.
In response to these posts, Errol advised the people of the U.K. during an interview with LBC News.
“People don’t have to listen to what he says,” he stated. “I mean, he’s just a person.”
“The fact that he has money or something – he’s a billionaire or something to that effect – I mean, hundreds of thousands of people are tweeting the same things or saying the same things as he is,” Musk’s father then pointed out.
“So, I wouldn’t – just because he’s a – a person that stands out more, that they can knock him or just don’t listen to him – that’s all I’d say,” he added. “Don’t worry about it. Tell him to get lost.”
During an appearance on the Australian radio show The Kyle and Jackie O Show in August 2022, Errol stated that he was not proud of Musk and instead considered his other son, Kimbal Musk, to be his true “pride and joy.”
Musk’s father slammed a New Yorker article in September 2023 that explored his son’s influence on government decisions, particularly the current Russia-Ukraine war.
He told The Sun that the piece was “a hit job, a shadow government-sponsored opening salvo on” the Tesla CEO.
He called it “the artillery-like softening up of the enemy before the actual attack.”
