A rumored tech executive love triangle is emerging with none other than Elon Musk allegedly being at the center. The Wall Street Journal has reported that Musk had an affair with Nicole Shanahan, who is married to the co-founder of Google, Sergey Brin. Musk has denied the allegation, claiming he had recently attended a party at night.

He also followed that denial tweet up by choosing to write, “Haven’t even had sex in ages (sigh).” It’s great to know that Musk is just as comfortable tweeting about his sex life as he is sharing bad memes.

The Journal’s anonymous sources claimed that Musk and Shanahan engaged in the affair in December 2021 when she and Brin had separated but were living together. Brin filed for divorce the next month in January and allegedly knew about the affair weeks after he filed.

Brin, who founded Google with Larry Page in 1998 and stepped down as its president a few years ago, had a close friendship with Musk. He helped keep Tesla financially afloat in 2008 by providing $500,000 in funding to the company, and WSJ also added that Musk may have gone as far as to beg for forgiveness from Brin on one knee.

Along with this new revelation, it has also been recently reported that Musk fathered twins with an executive at his company Neuralink, and allegedly paid off a former employee that he sexually propositioned. He is also in hot water with Twitter for trying to back out on his proposed acquisition of the platform, which has filed suit in response to force him to go through with the deal of $44 billion for the site.
