Former President Donald Trump was arrested and booked at Atlanta’s notorious Rice Street Jail on Thursday night. He was released after paying a $200,000 bond after his mug shot was taken and his fingerprints were taken. The former president only had to pay 10% or $20,000 in cash while a bail bondsman put up the rest.

He was assigned Inmate Number P001135809 by jail officials. The mugshot was released around 8:50 p.m. EST.

Trump was indicted last week for his effort to overturn 2020 election in Georgia with an illegal scheme that involved lying to state officials and trying to force them to violate their oath of office.

This was the first time Trump’s mug shot was taken after three previous arrests in New York, Miami and Washington D.C.

Trump flew back to his golf club in Bedminister, New Jersey, after making a statement to reporters on the tarmac.
