Denzel Washington Loses Speech And Glasses At The Golden Globes

At last night’s 73rd Annual Golden Globes, Denzel Washington was presented with the prestigious Cecil B. DeMille Award by Tom Hanks. Unfortunately, Washington misplaced his glasses and lost his speech. But with the help from his wife and children, he pulled off a memorable speech for the audience there and at home.

The versatile actor thanked the Hollywood Foreign Press for their support and always treating him “as part of the party.”  He also thanked the agents he has had over the years. Jamie Foxx even tried to help by giving the actor a pair of reading glasses.
