Daylight Savings Time begins on Sunday, March 8, meaning it’s time to ‘spring forward’ an hour.

Most Americans are going to be changing their clocks Sunday, setting everything an hour forward to signify the beginning of daylight savings – officially, the time change starts at 2 a.m. on Sunday morning.

For many, Daylight Savings Time signifies the loss of one precious hour of sleep, except for the people of Arizona. Residents of Arizona will be spared the time change, however, as the state chooses to stay on Mountain Standard Time (MST) all year long.
