Music producer DJ Khaled gave fans a sweet surprise when he shared a video tour of his freezer, revealing it to be stocked exclusively with ice cream. The clip, which quickly went viral on social media platforms, featured the 48-year-old music mogul and his 7-year-old son Asahd exploring the frozen treat haven.

In the video, Khaled is seen opening his freezer door, eliciting an excited “Wow” from both father and son. The Grammy-winning artist then asks Asahd which flavor he should choose before settling on two Oreo ice cream cones for himself. The freezer appears to contain a wide variety of ice cream brands and flavors, prompting one social media user to comment that Khaled has “a whole ice cream truck in there.”

The unexpected glimpse into the DJ’s dessert preferences sparked a range of reactions online. While some viewers expressed envy, others saw it as an example of how wealth can fulfill childhood dreams. “What’s the point of being rich if you can’t do something like this with your money?” one fan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Khaled’s ice cream obsession comes as a surprise to some, given his recent focus on health and fitness. In an interview with Page Six last year, the producer revealed he had lost over 20 pounds since taking up golf. “I was 290 about two months ago, and I am 267 today, ever since I’ve been playing golf,” Khaled told the publication.

Despite his weight loss journey, Khaled admitted to having a weakness for sweets beyond just ice cream. He confessed his love for chocolate chip cookies and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, explaining that his daily golfing and exercise routines help counterbalance his indulgences.

The “Wild Thoughts” producer, who shares two sons with wife Nicole Tuck, seems to be striking a balance between his sweet tooth and his health goals. “I might eat more than I am supposed to eat — but I’ve been working on that a lot more lately,” Khaled said.

In 2022, Khaled received his star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame with Jay-Z and P. Diddy along to cheer him on.
