Francesca Eastwood, the daughter of actor Clint Eastwood, had been arrested for felony domestic violence in Beverly Hills after she got into an argument with her boyfriend.
“On Saturday, October 12, 2024, at approximately 10:42 PM, the Beverly Hills Police Department responded to the ‘Safety Zone’ at 464 North Rexford Drive (BHPD HQ) for a radio call of a possible domestic violence incident,” Beverly Hills Police Department Lieutenant Andrew Myers told the New York Post. “Officers conducted an investigation, and based on statements and injuries, Francesca Ruth Fisher Eastwood of Los Angeles was arrested for a felony, PC 273.5 – Domestic Violence, and was booked at BHPD Jail.”
L.A. County Sheriff’s jail records verified that Eastwood had been arrested on October 12 at 11:13 p.m.
The actress had a verbal altercation with her boyfriend while driving around Beverly Hills. Their fight allegedly escalated and became physical.
At that point, her boyfriend allegedly called the police, who told him to drive to what is known as the “Safety Zone” outside of the Beverly Hills Police Department so that he could talk with law enforcement officers.
He and Eastwood came to the Safety Zone and, after taking statements from both parties and examining the alleged injuries, which were sustained by the unnamed boyfriend, Beverly Hills P.D. arrested Eastwood for domestic violence.
Her boyfriend denied medical aid, and she was released from police custody after posting $50,000 bail.
No information on Eastwood’s release date was immediately available, but she was due in court on Tuesday morning.

Law enforcement did not disclose the identity of the victim by California law.
Eastwood is currently in a relationship with Alexander Wraith, though it is unclear if he was involved in Saturday night’s incident.
In November 2013, the actress married the late talent manager Jordan Feldstein in Las Vegas, which they had annulled a week later.
In late September, Francesca posted alarming selfies on Instagram showing her in a two-piece black bikini with V-shaped briefs, ties on the sides, a small top and a cowgirl hat. Her slim appearance in the posts had some fans suggesting that she was suffering from an illness or an eating disorder.
