After almost 19 years of marriage, Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner have reached a settlement in their divorce.

“Kevin and Christine Costner have come to an amicable and mutually agreed upon resolution of all issues pertaining to their divorce proceedings,” said the couple in a joint statement.

This week, Costner was seen shopping for women’s clothing, so some on social media have speculated that he has met a new woman.

The agreement will allow the couple to avoid the trial that had been scheduled for December. They previously fought in court over child support payments in September, when a judge ordered Costner to pay around $63,000 per month for their three children. Baumgartner originally sought out $175,000 per month.

Baumgartner filed for divorce from Costner in May, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.

Initially, she refused to move out of his $145 million mansion as she was required to do by their prenup. She eventually agreed to move after the actor rented her a new home and paid for her moving expenses.
