Chris Brown Denies New Tattoo Is Of Rihanna
Chris Brown, 23, got people talking when photos surfaced of him sporting a strange new tattoo on his neck. The tat appears to be the face of a woman with some markings on one side of it, leading some to suggest that Brown had gotten a tattoo of his ex-girlfriend Rihanna's battered face, which was plastered all over the internet after Brown attacked her in 2009.
However, reports now say that the Rihanna rumor is false and that the tattoo depicts a sugar skull, often associated with the Mexican celebration of Day of the Dead, and was inspired by a MAC cosmetics design that Brown saw, said his publicist, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Brown has had the questionable-looking tattoo at least since Labor Day weekend, when the photo was taken in Las Vegas. Since the 2009 incident, Brown has been reportedly working with domestic violence prevention organization, and he and Rihanna, 24, have reportedly re-established a friendship, even sharing a kiss at last Thursday's MTV Video Music Awards.
