Charlie White, the Olympic ice dancer who competed on this past season of Dancing With the Stars, recently became engaged to his longtime girlfriend Tanith Belbin.

White, 26, shared the engagement news on Instagram. He captioned a picture of himself with Belbin, 29, wearing her new ring, “Couldn't ask for a more beautiful setting for the best time in our life! Hashtag she said yes!!!”

Meryl Davis, White’s ice dancing partner and fellow Dancing With the Stars contestant, was among the first to take to Twitter to congratulate the pair. She also complimented her pal on his choice of ring for Belbin.
