Carter, DeLay Go 'Dancing'

Aaron Carter (pictured), Donny Osmond and former Republican Majority Leader Tom DeLay are among 15 celebrities slated to appear on the new season of ABC's Dancing With the Stars, it was announced Monday. The show will have its largest group of contestants ever including Mya, Macy Gray, Melissa Joan Hart, Debi Mazar, model Kathy Ireland and Kelly Osbourne. The show's ninth season premieres Sept. 21.
