Brooke Mueller, ex to Charlie Sheen, and the couple’s twin 7-year-old sons were reported missing early Wednesday morning. They were all later found, and the mother was hospitalized for evaluation.
Mueller, 38, was allegedly seen entering a bar in Salt Lake City barefoot with her two sons, Bob and Max, and their nanny. Mueller and the nanny reportedly fought inside the bar. The police were called, and searched for Mueller, who could not be found after leaving the bar. A source told People that “the boys are fine and with their nanny” and revealed that “Brooke went off her medications.”
The Salt Lake City Police Department released the following statement:
“On the morning of November 16, dispatchers with the Utah Department of Public Safety received a welfare check call from a woman claiming to be the mother of Brooke Mueller. Troopers with the Utah Highway Patrol responded to the welfare check call and located Mueller, her two children and a nanny on Interstate 15 near Nephi, Utah. The children are safe and will be released to family. Mueller was taken to an area hospital for evaluation. The State Bureau of Investigation is currently investigating the incident. We do not have any more information to release at this time.”
“I’m just trying to get my kids home safe,” ex Sheen, 51, told TMZ yesterday. “I have no other details that relate to the ongoing event.”
Mueller has a history of substance abuse and has checked into rehab about 20 times in her life.
