Britney Starts Comeback Tour

Britney Spears attempted to restart her concert career on Tuesday night, kicking off a tour in New Orleans. Though she lip-synced throughout the entire show, most critics gave her passing grades. "Her dancing was no more than adequate," wrote the L.A. Times, "[but] Spears can safely call this performance a success."
