Britney Spears shut down a heckler at her Las Vegas show Wednesday night, calling him a “f—king asshole.”

In video footage of the incident, a man can be heard calling Spears a “fat bitch,” followed a few seconds later by Spears saying, “f—king asshole” into her mic.

Spears, whose remark was heard by all as her microphone was, in fact, on, didn’t let the heckler disrupt her performance, and kept on dancing into her hit “’Till The World Ends.”

Some questions have been raised as to whether or not the “fat bitch” heard in the video was actually what angered Spears. The audience member appears to be close to the camera recording – relatively far away from the stage – so some have raised questions as to whether or not Spears could have possibly heard it. However, it’s likely that if it wasn’t the man heard in the video, it was someone else in the audience disrespecting Spears, and she shut it down like a pro.

Spears is currently enjoying a Las Vegas residency with her show, Piece of Me, at Planet Hollywood.
